Employee

Calculate your benefit on the website. Excited? Then a non-binding visit from the installer follows. After approval, the installation follows. The invoice is paid with your own money or a loan via the Heat Fund, starting from 0% interest.  This way, you can save €1,000 per year on gas without your own investment, for €20 per month!

Employer

No cost or hassle, the benefit is automatically calculated using the EY calculation method, in the portal My HWP Plan. It is automatically added to the payroll administration, which processes it within 5 minutes.

Employee

By trading in some gross salary and/or vacation days, you can save up to 55% on the purchase. This means your Hybrid Heat Pump including installation, originally at €5,000, will now be less than €2,000. Additionally, you will save an average of €1,000 on gas, every year!

Employer

What does a hybrid heat pump do?

The Hybrid Heat Pump is the helper of your central heating boiler. The heat pump consists of two parts: an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The outdoor unit extracts heat from the outside air and brings it to the indoor unit.


The indoor unit helps your central heating in processing the heat in your home. This way, you can save up to 70% on gas and CO2, because your central heating needs to burn less gas. This saves you €750-€2,000 annually!

If your employer decides to offer The HWP Plan, you and your colleagues will all receive a €1,000 group discount. You've already got that in the bag!

Furthermore, The HWP model works like a bicycle plan. After you've purchased and paid for The HWP package, you will receive the tax benefit back through your employer. For this, you submit the invoice to your employer, who will then reimburse the amount in exchange for gross salary or days off. Advise your employer, it costs him nothing.
