Employee

Calculate the benefit on the website. Excited? Then a non-binding visit from the installer follows. After approval, the installation takes place. The invoice is paid with own money or a loan via the Heat Fund, from 0% interest. This way, the employee can save €1,000 per year on gas for €20 per month without their own investment!

Employer

No cost or hassle, the benefit is automatically calculated using the EY calculation method, in the portal My HWP Plan. It is automatically included in the payroll administration, which processes it within 5 minutes.

Employee

By trading in some gross salary and/or vacation days, a benefit of up to 55% is created on the purchase. This means the Hybrid Heat Pump including installation, priced at €5,000, is reduced to less than €2,000. In addition, the employee saves an average of €1,000 on gas, every year!

What does a hybrid heat pump do?

The Hybrid Heat Pump is the helper of your central heating boiler. The heat pump consists of two parts: an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. The outdoor unit extracts heat from the outside air and transfers it to the indoor unit.


The indoor unit assists your central heating in processing the heat in your home. This way, you can save up to 70% on gas and CO2, because your central heating needs to burn less gas. This results in annual savings of €750-€2,000!
